Returning a Purchase: 

Items can be returned within 2 days from the delivery of your order. 

To request your return please follow these easy steps for returning the purchase to our warehouse:

Request a return by contacting us on email mentioned on the website

Prepare the items you wish to return in the original order package. Kindly ensure the products should be returned with complete packaging with all accessories, that the security tag and seal are intact and that the return package is safely sealed. 

  • Attach the Return Label you received with your parcel to the outside of the package. 
  • Handover the package to the courier pick up guy

Before requesting a return please make sure the products comply with our return conditions. 


Return Condition: 

Before requesting a return please make sure the products comply with the following conditions, in accordance with our Terms of Sale: 

  • The products must be in their unused original condition, with all tags and the security seal still attached and any original packaging and accessories included – incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items cannot be accepted
  • The return must be requested within 2 days (48 hours) from the date of delivery of the order.
  • The parcel must be handed to the courier within 2 days (48 hours) from return authorization

 Refund procedure:

  • Once we verify the integrity of the items we will accept the return and process the refund. Verification will take 5 to 8 business days.
  • Refunds shall be processed only after the product is duly received at our warehouse and passes the quality check.
  • The refund will be issued as soon as possible after the return has been accepted.
  • Refund will be done in form of “FAFA coupon code” which will be equivalent to the value of the order that has been returned back to us. 
  • You can use this voucher at in your future purchase at to get an equivalent deduction in the total amount.
  • You should see the credit approximately within one week from our refund confirmation email. The exact timing will depend on the different banking procedures.


All exchanges are based on stock availability. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately from our website

What you cannot return or exchange?

  • Products bought at ‘CLEARANCE SALE’
    ● Bodysuits, masks, personal care products and jewellery (due to the hygiene factor).
    ● Customized products are non returnable & non exchangeable. 
    ● Items without tags (or if tags have been taken off from the product), used or worn products, washed and damaged products.

Got a product that you wish to exchange?

  • Products purchased on the Attic Salt website are eligible for an exchange if exchange request is raised within 7 days ( 168hrs ) from the date of delivery.
    ● Eligible products for exchange can be done by sharing a mail to
    ● The exchange request will be approved or disapproved within 2-4 business days. Once the request is approved. Our team shall arrange for a reverse pickup. All details pertaining to your exchange shall be communicated over the registered email address with us).
    ● The product of replacement will be shipped only after the product reaches our warehouse and has passed the quality     check or the reverse pick up has been completed successfully.
    ● Product once exchanged, cannot be returned or exchanged again.
    ● In the event of exchanging an item for a different size (same product) there will be no additional charges applicable.
    ● If products are exchanged for a different product of a higher price, the differential amount will be charged while processing the exchange.
    ● If products are exchanged for a different product of a lower price, the differential amount will be given in the form of gift cards.
    ● All details pertaining to your order and steps forward shall be communicated over the registered email address with us.
  • The refund amount will be processed as per the ordered date. In event of any changes in price on the website , it will not be applicable.
